Claim for Negligence Causing Damage, Injury or Death

 

Many of the edicts and mandates imposed by our government, government representatives and employees in response to our global health situation have led to an immense amount of damage to millions of Americans.  Dr. David Martin has composed easy-to-follow guidelines for people to file their grievances and state personal damages using government Standard Form 95.  It is a claim for damages arising from the negligence and possible criminal conspiracy by the U. S. Department of Health and Human Services, The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, The National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases, and the conspiring associates.  By imposing the wearing of masks, for example, you have involuntarily become part of a medical experiment. The same can be said of social distancing and lockdowns.  There exists no peer reviewed scientific evidence to support these mandate.  In reality, the scientific evidence gathered over the last 40 years in combination with current statistical data pertaining directly to our global situation indicates these actions have no positive effect at reducing any type of viral transmission.  In fact, these imposed measures are detrimental to health and humanity.  The DOJ must respond to each claim individually.  These documents could be used as evidence and documentation in upcoming trials that will take place for crimes against humanity.
